Descrizione

Uvaggio: 75% Sangiovese, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon e Petit Verdot
Vinificazione: Vinificazione in acciaio a temperatura controllata
intorno ai 25° – 28°C. Due settimane di macerazione delle bucce, con vari
rimontaggi e délestages. Malolattica in acciaio.
Invecchiamento: Il vino è stato affinato in acciaio per 2 mesi, 6 mesi in cemento e 3 mesi in bottiglia.
Colore: Rosso rubino intenso
Profumo: Intenso con note di frutta rossa, viola e sentori vegetali.
Abbinamenti: Vino da tutto pasto. Servire a temperatura di 18°
Titolo alcolometrico: 13,5%
