Uvaggio: 1/3 Sangiovese, 1/3 Cabernet Souvignon e 1/3 Petit Verdot
Vinificazione: Vinificazione in acciaio a temperatura controllata intorno ai 25° – 28°C.
Due settimane di macerazione delle bucce, con vari rimontaggi e délestages. Malolattica in acciaio.
Invecchiamento: Il vino è stato affinato in acciaio per 24 mesi, 18 mesi in tonneuax di rovere francese e 9 mesi in bottiglia.
Colore: Rosso rubino intenso
Profumo: Intenso con note di frutta rossa matura, viola, sentori vegetali e speziati.
Abbinamenti: È consigliato con carni rosse arrosto e brasate, cacciagione e formaggi stagionati. Servire a temperatura di 18°

Two weeks of maceration, with various pumping and delestages. Malolactic fermentation in steel.
Ageing: The wine was aged in stainless steel for 24 months, 18 months in French oak Tonneaux and at last 9 months in bottle.
Color: Intense ruby red
Bouquet: Intense with notes of ripe red fruit, violets and vegetable and spicy aromas.
Food Pairing: Goes well with game, roast, braised and stewed red meats and aged cheese.
Served at a temperature of 18°
